What we collect

When you use the enquiry form or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and your message.

Why we collect it

Solely to answer your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to arrange and carry out the work you've asked for. We do not send marketing emails, and we never sell or share your details with anyone else.

How it reaches us

Enquiry form submissions are delivered to our email inbox via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-relay service. FormSubmit processes your submission only to deliver it to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or job, then delete them during routine inbox clear-outs.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it — just email info@robins-garden.co.uk or use the contact page.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, how you found us). It sets cookies beginning with _ga only if you choose “Accept” on the banner. We don’t use advertising cookies, and we never see who you are — the data is aggregated and anonymous. You can browse the whole site normally if you decline.
